Pretty good value but watch out for red : Bobkona Manhattan Reversible Microfiber 3-Piece Sectional Sofa Set, Chocolate

This sectional is Ok and serves the function of something to sit on. However, the assembly instructions are plainly pictures and omit any name/numbers/information about 1) how to put the sectional together, 2)most importantly: that the parts/cushions are All settled Within The Sectional Bases Themselves, 3)manufacturer name and number. Luckily, we were able to find a handy video online that showed us that the pieces (we belief we missing) are no ifs ands or buts settled inside of the sectional bases. After putting together the sectional, we started to assemble the ottoman and discovered a minor blemish that prevented us from screwing on the 4th leg. After over a month, and the great help of Amazon Direct, we were able to determine this issue with Amazon and Not the manufacturer. The manufacturer, Poundex, failed to return calls and emails after telling me that they would be able to handle the issue. I will Never buy from this firm again and have complained to Amazon not to use this company. Awful, awful, awful.

This couch is in effect excellent for our home. We are a young couple starting out with two dogs and needed something that was nice, yet could be in effect cleaned. This serves its purpose. Assembly was pretty easy. A few of the holes weren't places right, making it difficult, but manageable. certainly a two person job. We love the end goods and are totally pleased with this purchase!
